Can we still create myths nowadays? How does the ancient Greek myth manifest itself and by which means of expression? For Mircea Eliade the myth in the modern era survives within two forms: literature and performance. This position attributes to the body the primordial role by considering it as the medium of myth’s reception and orientates us towards the artistic communities of the twentieth century. The article describes the creating procedure of a performance that was produced during the Erasmus Mundus Master C.L.E. «European Literatures and Cultures» between four universities in three different countries (Bologna, Strasbourg, Thessaloniki, Mulhouse). The performance focuses on the notion of sharing: encouraging personal creativity while sharing art, speech and movement – dance in particular – this becomes the basic aspect of concrete modern utopias.
