Call for Papers – Issue No. 18, 2025

Danza e ricerca. Laboratorio di studi, scritture, visioni is accepting original contributions for its 18th issue, scheduled for publication in December 2025. We invite Italian and international scholars to submit research articles exploring the intersections between dance and music, with particular attention to themes discussed during the XXVIII Colloquium of Musicology of Il Saggiatore musicale (Bologna, November 22–24, 2024). This issue will feature selected papers from the conference sessions dedicated to dance-music relationships, as well as insights from the opening roundtable discussion Music and Dance: Intersecting Perspectives.
