This research focuses on the dancing body of Futurism, with particular emphasis on the innovative sensibilities of its founders - Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, Teatro aereo by Fedele Azari and Aerodanza by Giannina Censi. All experiences were connoted by the desire to transform flying into dance, against earthly bonds and traditionalism. The futuristic aero dancer, while connecting to the romantic ballet, realized in the Twentieth century the "multiplied man." The machine on which the human body is grafted becomes the artist a way of "mediation", expressive potential, vehicle for the soul.
